In addition to ensuring properties do not deteriate while awating conveyance to the bank, we can provde exterior lawn care services to enhance the curb appeal.  These services can include watering plants and the lawn (most properties have the water disconnected), mulching and weeding, as well as the standard lawn cuts we provide.
